- Client data: information needed to prepare proposals, deliver services, invoice and keep our administration, including information shared during onboarding and the Client Intelligence Discovery.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in free-text fields.
4. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from you when you fill in a form, take the Scan, register, book a call, email us or work with us. Some information is created by the website itself, for example the Personalized Findings calculated from your Scan answers, or the source and campaign details of the link you used to arrive.
5. Why we process personal data
- To run the Eagle Intelligence Growth Scan and show and send your Personalized Findings.
- To let you resume the Scan where you left off.
- To schedule, confirm and prepare your Eagle Eye Growth Strategy Call.
- To answer your enquiries.
- To prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and manage the client relationship.
- To send occasional analyses by email, only if you have opted in.
- To keep our administration and meet legal obligations.
- To understand and improve the website, only with your consent for analytics.
- To keep the website and our systems secure.
6. Legal bases for processing
- Contract and pre-contractual steps: booking and preparing a Growth Strategy Call at your request, preparing proposals and delivering services.
- Consent: optional analytics and marketing technologies, and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, running the Scan you request, keeping business records of prospects and clients, and securing our website. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Legal obligation: keeping financial and tax records.
For the Eagle Intelligence Growth Scan, we prepare and send your Personalized Findings because you ask for them and give your consent in the Scan. Records of prospects who booked a call or asked for a proposal are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up on that request.
7. Eagle Intelligence Growth Scan data
The Scan asks for your first name, business name, email address and type of business after the first block of questions, together with your consent to prepare and send your Personalized Findings. Your answers and estimated figures are used to calculate your results. While you take the Scan, your progress is stored in your own browser so you can resume it later on the same device.
When the Scan is connected to our contact system, your details, answers, results and the source of your visit are stored there so we can send your Findings and prepare any follow-up you request.
8. Personalized Findings
Your Personalized Findings are calculated automatically from your answers. They are an indication of signals and areas worth examining, not a diagnosis, financial advice or a decision about you. They have no legal or similarly significant effect. If you would like us to explain or review your Findings, you can discuss them in an Eagle Eye Growth Strategy Call or contact us.
9. Growth Strategy Call data
When you book an Eagle Eye Growth Strategy Call, we use your first name, email address, business name, the chosen date and time, any optional notes you add and, if available, your Scan context. We use this to confirm and prepare the call. The call takes place online via video conferencing software.
10. Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, we use your name, email address, company, website, reason for contacting us and your message to respond. Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
11. Client and prospect data
If you discuss working with us or become a client, we process the information needed to prepare a proposal, agree the scope and commercial terms, onboard you, carry out the Client Intelligence Discovery and deliver the agreed services. This can include information about your workflows, systems and business figures that you share with us.
12. Email communications
We send service emails that belong to what you requested, such as your Personalized Findings, reminders and booking confirmations. We only send marketing emails, such as the occasional analysis, when you have opted in. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
